The Story
Launched in the Middle East in 2007, Sephora has become a leader in the region offering a unique service oriented environment for women and men to discover the latest and most advanced skincare, make-up and fragrances from around the world. Its flagship store in Dubai Mall ranks as the number one store worldwide.
One of the biggest challenges we faced was Introducing Sephora to the KSA marketplace while abiding with Sephora international branding guidelines. Our strategy for rapidly growing Sephoras brand in the middle east relied heavily on performance marketing. This inherently means risking our own capital upfront to deliver the desired results. Laying proper foundation in terms of tracking to implement performance marketing campaigns.
The goal was to create a marketing strategy that would increase Sephora's sales, Increasing the Order Value, Maintaining a high ROI and penetrating the GCC market with Sephora as a flagship brand for cosmetics.
The Influencers were provided with scripts, to promote on social media and spread awareness about exciting offers and coupons that customers could avail. Through combined efforts and a successful partnership, we were able to achieve the following results.
