One of the biggest challenges we faced was Introducing Sephora to the KSA marketplace while abiding with Sephora international branding guidelines. Our strategy for rapidly growing Sephoras brand in the middle east relied heavily on performance marketing. This inherently means risking our own capital upfront to deliver the desired results.
